2 stars I've not much to add to all the preceding reviews other than to endorse the near-unanimous verdict on Anna Meek's singing (truly dire) and to add to the various comparisons drawn with other bands of the day Holland's Earth & Fire (which also had a female singer who was marginally less devoid of talent than Anna Meek).

Tenor Saxophonist Hugh Eaglestone left after the first album and, a few years later, with his wife, set up a nice little used record shop in Exeter, also called Catapilla which, when I lived down that way, I used to visit fairly regularly. Of course, Catapilla (the shop) closed down many years ago but, in light of the current vinyl retro-fad, it might just be revivable, if not by Hugh, who by now must be well into his dotage. 🥴
