5 stars I fell in love with this album on first hearing it whole. (Alan Freeman played Ritt Mickley often on the BBC radio Saturday Rock Show). What a stunner!!

Moraz is the clear musical genius in this set up but well supported by both bass and drums though not so well with the vocals. The extended themes in both Grand Canyon Suite and Credo display Moraz's compositional genius - listen to how he develops and restates motifs each time adding or subtracting either melodically, rhythmically or harmonically.

It still sounds as fresh today as it did over 30 years ago. If I had to choose 10 desert island discs - this would be in the top 3 (out of thousands). It really is THAT good.

If you haven't heard it - search it out (I STILL haven't seen it on CD yet).

By the way - when working in the music department of a Teacher Traing College, I recorded snippets of Grand Canyon onto student teacher tapes for Teaching Practice ("I want some stop - go - stop - go music for dance/drama lessons - have you got anything?") (Within copyright of course). Who knows some may still be out there.
