4 stars ENO, Cale, Nico and Ayers in one album... Oh my God!

It is true that this Edit version of June 1st, 1974 concert at Raindow Theatre (London, UK) is great. 2 songs of Brian Eno are the start of this album: good start, with good feelings and magic. John Cale's "Heartbreak Hotel" not have the same magic and feeling of Eno section. Nico's interpretation of "The End" by Doors is great for magic and feeling: a sort of funeral dirge, lysergic and sick, because slower and recited with a style that brings me to mind the vision of a naked vampire in my bed! Then Kevin Ayers with 5 songs. Rock, Blues, Jazz without feelings or magic. But good to see the sadness of Ayers is his best talent and the gray of his songs is a rainbow. This is the pure magic of music.

Not a perfect album, sure. But not banal.
