4 stars despite the departure of mike pinders excellent mellotron this is one of their greatest albums in my opinion. released in 1981 this album has excellent vocals offered by John Lodge, Justin Hayward, and Ray Thomas have a poppy 80s theme rather than their Days of Future past orchestral theme. But nevertheless, the tracks on this album set a new path for the moody blues entirely . track no1 the voice is a timeless sort of song sung by Justin Hayward and being the first song it's a great track. 2. the 7-minute ballad vocals by john lodge are phenomenal, later in the song it gets a sort of Elo theme to it, the keyboard work by Patrick Moraz is amazing. 3. ah Gemini dream the radio star of this album getting more airplay than others made peoples opinion lesser of the album. the moody blues was thought to be becoming mainstream because of this track Justin hayward does it again with "in my world" singing excellently on this slow-paced longer song on the album 5. meanwhile being my favorite song on the album is a beautiful 10/10 track everything is good everyone's part is composed excellently. Tracks 6-10 are all well-crafted songs Aswell

Hats off to the moody blues i can get the criticism for the moody blues going commercial like a lot of other great bands but nevertheless it's a great album i would recommend
