2 stars What's to say about this album ? It's listenable the musicians do a good steady job, but you never really get a sense of actually who or what you are listening to. There's no real signature sound, it's chops and changes. One minute it's a little proggy, then you get, funky rhythms and then Indian spirituality, obviously the George Harrison "Beatles in India" influence. There's no group photo on the album and little history to be found about it. It gives special thanks to Carlos Santana, Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Neil Diamond, Stevie Wonder and Bob Marley on the album and you can hear this influence in patches throughout the album. It also says it is a benefit album but doesn't say who it benefits. All in all you can understand why it sank without trace and also why it ended up in a job lot like mine £20 for 50 albums, surprisingly I have had it for over 40 years.
