4 stars Released soon after the instant hit of Profondo Rosso (Deep Red), soundtrack of italian horror maestro Dario Argento's movie, Roller was surprisingly enough a commercial flop. It is anyway an excellent record. The title track finds Goblin at their best, with its tipical "cinema feel", but strong enough to have a life of its own. Even better Aquaman, a beautiful atmospheric song, and tne sinister Dr. Frankenstein. Everybody who like gloomy atmospheres besides great prog should give this disc a try.
