ABRAXAS

This is an amazing album. You may have heard some of these songs on the radio for years and never thought PROG. But, when you listen to the album as a whole it begins to sink in. This really was eye opening music for it's time. It jumps across all standard genres and just wows you with great musicianship. The guitars, the organ, the various kinds of percussion all mesh together to provide a very tasty dish that no other band has come close to matching. There are no weak moments here. Just great distinctive music all the way through. Bravo! or should I say Ole!
