5 stars Io sono nato libero is equally impressive as the debut album. The band produce a very creative music and keeps developing. It offers a mixture of various influences: classical music, jazz, folk music and rock.

In the first track, you can hear new twists, stronger jazz impulses, excellent instrumental secton with first avantgarde chops if you listen to piano and keyboards, incredible piece of musicianship! Drums and percussions are top notch, too! "Non mi rompete" is a lightweight folksy track with tambourine, acoustic guitar and vocals. "La città sottile" proves the leading keyboardists role in the Italian prog-rock movement and noteworthy is the subdued jazzy guitar a la George Benson. The symphonic part with multiple organs and piano is intensive.

"Dopo ... niente è più lo stesso" has a very memorable first motive on the keyboard. The instrumental performance especially in the instrumental section is very complex and imaginative, you need to close your eyes and enjoy it with great speakers. The final track is a symphonic outro led by Moog.

Overall, another legendary album from the Italian empire of music.
