CARAVANSERAI

Great album, but a little bit too spacey and improvisational for me. I like Santana III a little more for the twin guitar riffs and better song structure. There are some really cool songs on here though, particularly 'La Fuente del Ritmo', 'Every Step of the Way', and 'Look Up (to see what's coming down)'. They really tried to get more of a full sound with this album by adding more instruments and sounds, but I think they went just a little over the top. A pretty good album anyway. 3 stars.
