3 stars I think this album is the most commercial oriented of the three in a row (This Strange Engine and Radiation). The album is not bad, it is just that they went farther to progressive sound as they could. This is the period when Marillion tried to give a message to the world, a message of peace, happiness and joy, and you can perceive that in the songs and their webpage created from this album: find a better way of life at marillion.com. the best songs for me are 'Deserve' 'Go!' and 'Home' and maybe 'Interior Lulu', the rest are good for the message but in terms of progressive sound, very distant.
