4 stars Stoner rock the genre label says... well that was my way in to discover this band's music (via Bandcamp)... stoner rock it is but not exactly as heavy as the other bands that represent the genre... Than, I discovered another way of 'labelling' the music (sorry if that seems ridiculous): "desert rock". Yes, that's just it. The post-rock construction of the instrumentals, the heaviness of the guitars and that droning and pounding rhythm section makes me feel like I'm driving, no, cruising through Arizona or New Mexico... that's the feeling I get. Really excellent stuff that comes from a Greek band. Man, they've really got the sound I am looking for nowadays. Progressive rock? Well yes! You could say the music is contemporary heavy psych with elements of post-rock. So if you're into these genres, give it a try and be ready to get hooked.
