3 stars A five piece from NYC we get a vocal dominated style of funk here that drifts into the avant, jazz, punk, metal and rap. The sounds of the street and this really is a live band first and foremost. They have released an album every ten years, so we are due soon(haha). This self-titled debut is from 1995 and "yikes" about the band's name and the cover art, but they have a sense of humour. Some mention PRIMUS in relation to their sound.

The vocals really are all over this. And yes he can sing, I'm just not into his style. The instrumental work is incredible. I totally get that this band has it's fans but this isn't for me. A case of me not doing my homework.
