3 stars Long time reader, first time reviewing. I can't believe that no one has submitting anything this album yet. Balance of Power has a definite Dream Theater/Queensryche sound to them but a more melodic metal appeal. Vocals can be annoying especially on "Just Before You Leave" where it sounds like th ...
