Formed in 1987, the band Discipline gained a dedicated following by combining strange music with even stranger live shows. Following numerous North American performances and cassette-only releases, the band found an international audience with the release of their first CD Push & Profit in 1993. Later that year the band performed a series of shows in Norway. The band is best known for its 1997 CD Unfolded Like Staircase. Other releases include 2011''s To Shatter All Accord the 2014 double live CD This One''s for England? 2017 ?Captives of the Wine Dark Sea.
