3 stars Outstanding!

Following a Porcupine Tree direction, these guys did a great job indeed!

The arrangements are intelligent, based on 2 guitars, drums colored with an elegant timbre and complex structure, as well the bass, very precise and keyboards filling the whole songs with an amazing ambience. The vocals are not extraordinaire, but competent and I have no complains about it! Most of the songs are short. It's not a bad thing at all. They're strong, heavy and beautiful.

Downsides: I felt a little bit tired at some points of this album. I think that's because of the guitars, repeating that overdrive all along most of the songs, with the vocalist yelling something at times not clear (the vocals could be more high or the guitars could be low... I don't know).

Well, I give 3 stars. It's not an essential album, but it's very good and I recommend to all who like the Porcupine Tree style... Personally, I prefer this band than Porcupine.
