2 stars I was stupid enough to buy this one without looking too closely on it, I first thought this was a import bootleg live album that was hard to find elsewhere but unfortunately it wasn't. This is a rather strange compilation of random Genesis material from 71-73, including more obscure tracks like 'Harold the Barrel' and 'Harlequin' and a rare 7" single version of 'Watcher of the Skies' (later featured in the brilliant Archive 67-75 box set), but also the whole 'Supper's Ready' suite at the end! Weird track lists like this seems to be normal for some of those early European compilations. The music here is really good so I personally would just buy Nursery Cryme and Foxtrot instead since they're actually much better introductions to the band as a whole, this compilation feels lacking and pointless. Another one for those with limited budgets or collectors.
