ECLIPSE

Fifth studio album of this famous guitarist and my all time fav Malmsteen album . Entitled simply Eclipse this album is a perfect example how must sound an hard/heavy album combinet with some AOR elements, great album. Contrary to some of the reviewers from othe sites who said that the vocals are bad and is very comercial in aproach, I find it quite enjoyble and is not very diffrent then previous works Not a weak piece here, all are strong and give me shivers when I heard them. The title track is again an instrumental piece and a damn good one, neo classical metal of the highest calibre. I have this album in my collection for more than 15 years and every time I'm listning to him I always find something catchy and intristing all the way. One of my fav albums ever from any genre. 4 stars easely thant means almost perfect neo classical, heavy metal album. Bands like Symphony X, Stratovarius, etx are very influenced by this musicians who for more then 25 years delivers some gred neo classical metal with brilliant guitar work.
