4 stars I came across this album thanks to an internet prog station that played the opener Homemade Rocket. Although there isn't much prog here, in fact I would say it leans on the pop side, still the song resonated with me and I listened to it several times before I stream the entire album and finally get it. I don't know exactly why it is labeled as prog, but I do know one thing: it is one of the most feel-good albums I have ever listened to and although, as I said, it is mostly pop, it is of the highest quality and as far as possible from the cheap and soppy ones that dominate. Come to think of it, the only prog element here is that the songs are quite diverse, ranging from the poppy Homemade Rocket to the heavier The Day the Earth Stood Still to the folkier Enduring Love. Friend or Foe features a wonderful trumpet solo, the 6/8 time of The Art of Forgetting carry the listener away and Summer's End leaves them no other choice than raise on their feet and begin dancing all on their own. A feeling of exhilaration flows in me every time I spin this one from the first until the last note and all I can think is that truly one can discover good music in (almost) every genre possible.

So, if you're looking for prog stuff, this one will leave you cold. But if occasionaly you have a desire to slip monentarily away from the vast boundaries of prog, give it a try.
