4 stars When imaging to listen completely unbiased I never ever would assign the band's origin to the Netherlands, not really. But, quite easy to check, they are drifting and streaming somewhere around Amsterdam actually, moreover '... currently floating between sounds, looking forward to find you there as well ...' stated on their bandcamp site. Okay then, open your eyes and ears! This newcomer group is constituted of four musicians, who seemingly are feeling liberated somehow, while offering a rather fresh note when it comes to the psychedelic prog genre. Here they are, six tracks with a total length of a vinyl format, recorded with the standard instrumentation guitar, keyboards, bass and drums.

They are starting with the lightsome Panacea, soon after a short intro, where the rhythm branch is serving a proper groove. The following Misanthropy is presented more suspenseful and a tad heavier after all due to the rather aggressive guitar and bass appearance. Well, three out of four concerning the vocals, they are charming all the way through, are perfectly complementing. Song structure plus space for some jamming, above Amsterdam HOLLOW DRIFTER are climbing higher and higher towards the end of the album. The extended What We Feared Before and Twelve Dozen with swaying guitars and electric piano are excellently proving that 'Echoes Of Things To Come' is a must have for psychedelic prog lovers.
