STRONGER THAN HATE

I have never heard before of Memories lab,as this is their first sample of songwritting. But, I was amazed by the quality of this band. They create emotional and complex music which is escorted by adequate vocals. Even if the singer does not have the perfect pronounciation(he is an Italian), he is not at all annoying like other progressive singers of his country. It is a fact that I have heard this album only once till now but it left me with a big smile. I also like the brutal vocals(not so brutal,but OK)that they included in their music. I haven't rtead yet the lyrics, but it is a concept as far as I know. From what I have heard, the story seems very interesting. Another positive is that they are not another clone of Dream Theater like many other bands are. If they evolve their style, they will create a solid musical personality that may make them distinguish from the mass in the future. Excellent first effort, I am waiting for their next attemp. I like also their name, it reminds me the movie "the eternal sunshine of the spotless mind" with Jim Carrey.
