5 stars This album is a lost classic, The songs, arrangements and musicianship on this album are astounding.

Musically there are nods to his previous band Pilot, art rock and hints of Kate Bush even (circa her first two albums) but what comes across generally is a very individual sound, Lyall's unusual layered voice and harmonies greatly contribute to this,

I think a lot of comments I have read elsewhere about this album are by people who have not actually listened to it, I discovered it a couple of years ago and it is has become one of my favorite albums, you just wonder what would have come next had it been successful.

I recall a few TV promotional interviews at the time and the video being shown, but ultimately with the musical climate changing and what was about to explode in 1977 it was one of many really good albums that got overlooked.
