Japanese Symphonic Prog Rockers Water Blue Vermilion Sands - one of the all-time great Japanese prog albums. I found out about this group only recently and what a nice surprise it was! Vermilion Sands is often compared to Renaissance and i agree with this. Impressive music that definitely deserves to be compared to the likes of Renaissance. The female vocalist, Yoko Royama, sings in English and Japanese. The band plays mellow and exquisite music with use of flute, acoustic guitar and with keyboards. So, this is one of the best Japanese symphonic albums, not to be missed. Who will enjoy this album? A must to Renaissance style fans.
