Folklore biography
Launched as an acoustic duo in 2012, FOLKLORE developed into a four-piece band playing covers and original music; their debut EP was released in September, 2015. The Australian band refers to their music as Art Folk, which is best described as progressive-leaning, folk-inspired with world influences ranging from gypsy jazz to traditional Celtic arrangements, infused with sounds of the Middle-East and India, among others.
