Brian Wroten biography
BRIAN WROTEN is a bassist/composer from Maryland (US). After getting a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance from the University of Massachusetts, he obtained a Master's Degree in Music Composition from the University of Tasmania's Conservatorium of Music.

As he was forced to leave Australia when his visa expired, Wroten conceived his debut album - accordingly titled "Tasman" - as a requiem for the life he might have had in Tasmania if he had been allowed to remain. The album, released at the end of 2013, is a completely instrumental effort recorded by Wroten with the help of 16 student musicians.
