These New Puritans biography
Comprised of frontman Jack Barnett (songwriter, producer, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist), his twin brother George Barnett (drums, loops) as well as Thomas Hein (bass, sampler, keyboards, drums) These New Puritans have been making music since 2006. Sophie Sleigh-Johnson (keyboards, sampler) was an active member of TNP between 2006 and 2010.
With inspirations coming from as diverse places as the Wu-Tang Clan, Aphex Twin and the cartoon series The Smurphs, this band reflects on the current state of rock rather than the old.
