Primo Vespere biography
PRIMO VESPERE are a progressive death metal band from Venice, Italy, founded in 2009 by vocalist Davide LAZZARINI and drummer Giacomo BERTON. Their first self-titled demo came out in 2010. Despite several local live appearances, their line-up would not be show some sort of stable formation until 2011 and their first EP ''Crushed Instability'' (2012). They subsequently signed to Moonlight Records, which released their debut album ''Daylight Fading'' in June 2013. Apart from founder LAZZARINI, the other members are Enrico RUBERTI and Mattia CAMOZZI (Guitars, 2011-), Carlos BRANAGAN (Bass, 2013-), Marco PEDRALI (Keyboards, 2009-) and Carlo CERON (Drums), the latter replacing founding member BERTON in 2014. Previous band members include Davide RUSSO (Bass, 2009-2010), Dario ALESSI (Guitars, 2009-2010), Marco PEPLIS (Guitars, 2009-2011), Stefano MARRI (Guitars, 2009), Gyan GANESHA (Bass, 2010-2011) and Jacopo ABBRUSCATO (Bass, 2011-2013).

The sound of the band is a relatively new offering, blending melodic progressive death metal with classical music, post-rock and Rock Progressive Italiano.
