Brezovsky-Rozsa biography
BREZOVSKY-ROZSA was a one-studio album project of two Slovak musicians. Marek BREZOVSKY was a very talented songwriter, singer, pianist and keyboardist who died of a drug overdose in 1994 at the age of 20. Oskar ROZSA is a prominent bass player, singer and songwriter and was a close friend of BREZOVSKY as well as being a member of his band ART M TRIO.

'HRANA' came out in 1999 on ART MUSIC as a limited run of 1,000 copies. The songs were composed by Marek BREZOVSKY during his time with Art M Trio, with some of the lyrics provided by his sister Miroslava BREZOVSKA. The album was completed by Oskar ROZSA and also included several leading Slovak musicians, and is often described as a very influential art-rock recording in Slovakia. The music contains several styles, but the main element is piano-keyboard driven progressive rock. 'HRANA' was reissued in 2011 by VIVA MUSICA AGENCY with a different cover and two bonus tracks. In the same year there were several concerts in Slovakia by Oskar ROZSA and guest musicians.
