Dreariness biography
Founded in 2012 in Rome, Italian act DREARINESS play an adventurous style of depressive post-black metal with shoegaze elements. This project is a collaborative effort involving GRIS (MISERE NOBIS) on guitar, bass and keyboards, TORPOR (MISERE NOBIS) on drums, and TENEBRA on vocals (who became part of the group after MAY DEATHLY HOLLOW's departure). Featuring sprawling melancholic passages, a suffocating atmosphere and violently anguished female vocals, their first album, My Mind Is Too Weak To Forget, was released in January 2013 by Nostalgia Productions.
