Tempus Fusion biography
TEMPUS FUSION are a heavy progressive metal band, from Hampshire, UK, formed in 2010. The band consists of David STANTON (bass, vocals, SEASON'S END, SORCERER'S SPELL, ex-REIGN OF EREBUS), James SMITH (drums, ETERNAL SCAPEGOAT, SEASON'S END), Tim GOATHAM (guitars, SEASON'S END, ex-BLOODSHOT DAWN), Anthony QUINN (guitars, SORCERER'S SPELL, ex-TAINTED GRACE) and Max PHARNAM on vocals. Blending powerful groove metal with progressive atmospheres in the vein of TESSERACT and DEVIN TOWNSEND, TEMPUS FUSION self-released their debut album ''To End it All'' in March 2012. Bands such as FROST*, PINK FLOYD and GOJIRA are quoted among their influences.
