International Karate biography
Australian band INTERNATIONAL KARATE was formed in 1998, consisting of Callan Fox, Mark Mascia, Aaron Pepper and Andrew Polydorou. Following a couple of initial demo sessions they spent 2002 recording material for their debut album "Weapons of Mass Protection" which was released in early 2003, and in 2004 their sophomore effort "A Monster In Soul" followed. A third album, "More of What We've Heard Before Than We've Ever Heard Before", saw the light of day in 2007. International Karate officially disbanded in 2009, all members at this point involved in other band projects.

International Karate's brand of post rock have earned them comparisons towards the likes of Mogwai, Low and Sigur Ros.
