Meltingaze biography
MELTINGAZE is a young Progressive Death Metal Band, formed in Dillenburg, Germany in 2010 as a five piece: Andre HAMPL (Vocals), Janek CUNTZ (Guitar), Sven HAMACHER (Bass, Growls), Daniel SCHAEFER (Drums) and Karsten HERMAN (Guitar). In 2011 they released their debut album ''Stare Men's Lyric'', and supported it with a number of shows around Germany.

MELTINGAZE's sound combines melancholic emotional parts with intricate heavier passages and death metal growls, mainly in the vein of early OPETH but with references also to CYNIC, late PESTILENCE and DEATH.
