Maximum Indifference biography
US trio MAXIMUM INDIFFERENCE was formed in the fall of 1990 when musicians Mark Bladek (guitar), Rich Duarte (drums) and Gustaf Fjelstrom (bass) hooked up by chance. Initially they wanted to include a vocalist in their line-up as well, but following one of their first rehearsal runs they decided that their true calling was to be an instrumental band.

Following a rough demo made soon after their formation, Maximum Indifference made their official debut as recording artists with Maximum Indifference in 1996. This was followed by The Transmutations of Supposed Angels: Or beings that were once Girls in 2000. Both CDs released on their own Botched imprint.

No news has been forthcoming about this US trio since 2006, and their current state of affairs is unknown.
