Phrygian Gates biography
PHYGRIAN GATES is a progressive metal artist from Sweden. The band was formed in 2005 by Samuel Axelsson as a side project to other groups. Various difficulties in the recording process halted any initial progress in 2005/06, until Axelsson recruited the help of Juan Jim�nez, a Spanish drummer. Despite the large distance between the members, living in Sweden and Spain respectively, PHYGRIAN GATES managed to record and release their debut album entitled 'Black Lines' in 2008.
