Countervela biography
Countervela is an experimental / progressive metal band from Northern Ireland formed in 2005. Blending samples, hard riffing guitars, gentle atmospheric piano, and both clean and shouted vocals, the four members provide a new angle of view on post-metal ideas. The band has toured Ireland multiple times, and continue to collaborate with other local metal bands. Their sound is marked by blending of styles, utilizing both beauty and violence. To date, they have produced two EPs and are working on their debut album.
