The Earlies biography
Around 2000, Giles Hatton worked and recorded as Atomic Clock in Beatnik Records, a Manchester independent label. He and his fellow English keyboardist Christian Madden had revolutionary ardor to produce more than English electronic music. They met a Texan musician John Mark Lapham, who had produced ambient electronic music under the name Autio in the same label, and John brought another Texan guitarist Brandon Carr - just the moment a four-piece rock ensemble THE EARLIES could start their musical activity.

THE EARLIES are influenced by 'hotch-potch' multiple musical genres throughout, especially psychedelic, folk, country, and electronic ones, with The Beach Boys' mellow harmony blended.

Their first album, 'These Were...The Earlies' (2005) and second 'The Enemy Chorus' (2007) were released from 679/names Records (UK) and Secretly Canadian Records (US) - both of their albums can be approved by a wide variety of fans and reviewers.
