Red Masquerade biography
Red Masquerade are a progressive symphonic metal band based in Bologna, Italy that was formed in 2012. With a name inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's The Masque of Red Death, they released their first demo in 2013 and proceeded establish themselves as a dynamic live act. In June, 2018, the band entered Black Crow Studio in Bologna to record their first full-length. In November, the album The Seventh Room was released, a lush, classically influenced symphonic metal effort with complex arrangements. The band's roster is currently Marika MURA on lead vocals, Lenny PIETROLATA on guitars, Gabriele QUARANTA on bass, and Danio MISSUD on drums.
