Solar Wind biography
Founded in Tel Aviv, Israel in 2013

Guitarist Matan Gilat of Tel Aviv, Isreal is the catalyst for progressive rock band Solar Wind. He would be joined by drummer Dor Biran and bass player Iggy Jackson-Cohen for the recording and release of their debut album, Mind Glow, in 2016. The band would later round out their line-up by gaining the services of keyboard player Yuval Lev-Ari.

At its core, Solar Wind's music fits the name with instrumental post-rock and symphonic ethereal texture. That core is combined with fusion complexity and jam-band style grooves for a wholly eclectic experience.
