SOCIONIC started as a multi-media side project in 2008 by vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Michael MEINHART while performing with other bands around Los Angeles. The project evolved with the addition of Matthew DENIS (bass), Lior DOR (drums) and Billy GRACZYK (guitar). The band is giving a lot of care on their artwork, videos expanding their live shows productions.

The music is inspired by bands such as TOOL, NIN, and KARNIVOOL infusing grooving riffs with orchestral arrangements to round out their sound. The music flows from brutal to beautiful covering progressive, metal, rock and ambient.
