7" Independent Project Records IP-060 (1998 US) (limited edition)

Issued in 2500 numbered copies, plus 143 unnumbered sample copies. Different colored vinyl was used based on the number range:
#1-99: black vinyl
#100-445: clear vinyl
#446-825: translucent maroon vinyl
#826-1200: translucent red vinyl
#1201-2500: translucent yellow vinyl

#2487-2500 were packed with maroon vinyl copies because the record company ran out of yellow vinyl copies on account of too many yellow copies being mailed out as samples.

A set of stamps was issued with each disk. The A-side plays at 45 RPM, the B-side at 33 1/3 RPM.
