5 stars Absolutely phenomenal, as is everything I've heard from this band. As an American, it's one of the greatest things no one here has ever heard. Buy this CD, buy everything from them, it's all great... they not only rock hard but craft some beautiful melodies that send chills down my spine as well.

Their earlier efforts are fantastic as well, but their latest, Finisterra and Gaia, are incredible albums that both deserve perfect scores. Some of the best stuff I've ever heard in my life. Get em. Now.

1 stars Mago de Oz are not a proper "prog band", they play pastiche rock with cheap celtic flavour.

Old-fashion rockers full of spinal-tap tics, predictible arrangements, their songs are poor and their lyrics seem to be written by a three-year-old boy.

Despite of their lack of quality, they are quite popular in Spain.

They have all the faults of the archetypal rock band and none of their virtues.

2 stars Mago de Oz is a Metal band with a lot of celtic-folk flavour. Otherwise each of their albums are very similar and predictible, this isn't an exception. Here you have the life version of this band and they really rocks, but not "progs" at all.

If you don't care about spanish lyrics and about a singer getting a little distorsion voice when we are talking about the higher notes, this is a metal album that can rock you hard, otherwise look for another band.

3 stars This live album isn't as good as "leyenda de la mancha" or "Finisterra". They made up the sound and as result it lost the power of a rock and roll live concert. The mix between metal and celtyc music gives them an original sound, however lyrics are simple and predectible. They don't tell us anything we didn't know.

4 stars mago de oz in my opinion is a very good band this cd was the first one i heard from them and as soon as i hears "hasta que el cuerpo aguante" and that kick ass solo in "santania" i was hooked. Its true that the cd has its up's and down's but what cd doesn't. And yes the vocals do sound some what distoted but its live, you cant expect perfect sound in a live album. Over all i think this album was great not there best but close.
