4 stars I'm not sure about all the different terms used to describe music, but I've followed Super Furry Animals since they first formed, and all I can say is that when you listen to them, they're never quite the same but never quite diffferent. Gruff's voice stands out on all songs so that if he isn't singing (as is the case in the recent Lovekraft album) its really noticable but doesn't matter thanks to that furry goodness. This DVD features some great videos - especially outstanding are 'It's not the end of the world', '(Drawing) Rings around the world'. 'The man don't give a [%*!#]' sends shivers down my spine because it just sums up seeing the 'furries playing live (an exhilarating experience). This dvd is a collection of great songs and has a great bonus of a fly-on-the-wall type video diary type thing on it charting the furries' tour of america. These guys are sound and as long as they keep doing what they're doing then I'll be buying the albums!
