2 stars Releases like this can serve as an example of why some people dislike Post-Rock/ Post-Metal. They say it's boring; WTBR are indeed boring. They say it's melodically poor; WTBR have no melodies to hum here too. They say it's simple and predictable; WTBR walk around the same 'quiet-loud dynamics' structures and rarely throw more than 4 chords to songs' harmonies. Everything results into a very poor kind of Post-Rock, derivative and simply NOT interesting. If you're hungry for any new release, you can get this EP, but if you're a Post-Rock/Metal newbie or just not Genre's fanboy, avoid this. Nothing criminal here, but nothing to feed my ears with too. A collector's item really. Good luck, guys, throw some more creative forces into your further works!
