PRELUDIO, TEMA, VARIAZIONI, CANZONA [AKA: MILANO CALIBRO 9 (OST)]

A quite different work from the hard rock debut, Milan Calibro 9 shows a more ecletic Osanna, playing music written and arreanged for a movie picture. A lot more instrumental passages shows the band quality, specially the flute playing of Elio Danna and the keyboards and good agency before the group of Lino Vairetti - which, if someone have doubt to be the heart of Osanna, its enough to check their "Palepolitana".

Its not a remarcably album, but quite good, and short passages plus "My mind flies again" made Milano Calibro 9 a album worth of listen, not only by itself but to understand the evolution of the band - just about to release their masterpiece "Palepoli".
