4 stars I really love the way Steve Wilson creates a feeling of proximity and space on this album, the pieces are awash with mood and atmosphere and aren't really song based, with the exception of Always Never and Fadeaway which have more traditional verses and a chorus and build more tension and emotion than the spacey more instrumental passages. Slightly marred due to the drums being a machine but he has even taken care to make them sound acoustic and succeeded to a degree. A great listen.
