5 stars Iron Maidens current new style with thier third guitarist's album Brave New World is in a way spectacular. Along side Powerslave Brave New World has never let me down! The album contains a more modern edge from Iron Maiden but still has Dickinson's masterful singing skills. The first album after he reuintes with IM after leaving them for the two lesser albums Iron Maiden as ever released. In a way this is Iron Maiden's grand comeback with incredible prog influence songs like Nomad, Blood Brothers, Brave New World, Ghost of the Navigator, Mercenary, Dream of Mirrors, Wicker Man, Out of the Silent Planet, and Fallen Angel. The Thin Line between love and hate is still an excellent song, but is less desirable among these other great songs, probably because it's a little cliche and out of IM's style. But don't get me wrong, this album is still ingenious and an incredible comeback marking their begining Prog career. Brave New World is up there! 5/5 stars, masterpiece! It's hard and a good rock out, not as crazy as their early stuff, but organized and pretty much masterful!
