3 stars Quite a good album from King Crimson but really nothing special. The last album from 80`s is divided into two parts: common but abitious songs and second part, improvisations and prog, which is of course more interesting. Man With an Open Heart could be utterly played in radio statnions at day time among other poppy songs, just like Yes`s Owner of a lonely heart:-) Second part of the album is very climatic and is destinated to listen and night, this is the best suitable time to listen to music like this. Other condition is that you have to be in dark mood while you listen to it, nevertheless, this music will take care of it. My best composition here is Lark`s Tongues in Aspic Part III, it`s really good. Composition in classic crimson tone. I recommend this album not only to persons who like King Crimson from 80` but also who like contemporary incarnation of King Crimson.
