Alongside Roger Water's Brilliant writing, David Gilmours guitar work shines throughout, exceptional on tracks "Time" and "Money." Their first conceptual floyd album, and argueably their finest work. Its unexplainable success (staying on the billboard charts for close to 15 years) shot Pink Floyd into the heart of the mainstream. It has stayed one of the highest selling records of all time, and its success is no mistake. Quintessential to any fan of Prog, it is one of the most important albums since the genre's conception.
