GORDIAN KNOT

Gordian Knot is an instrumental musical project featuring some very talented musicians. If you like instrumental albums like both Liquid Tension albums- then you should probably pick this album up. Sean Malone, who has been involved in some heavier musical projects plays bass here- and very well at that. I was a bit suprosed at how musical this album is- I was expexting some heavy D and E chords throughout- but I got the contrary- some nice melodic beats with a blend of acoustic and electric guitars. I won't go through each song, (I would never do that with ANY album) but I will say that this album, listened to in its entirety is awesome. The musicianship is 1st rate and the song- writing is pretty. A solid 4 star album all the way. Again- Reccomended if you enjoy Liquid Tension Experiment.
