5 stars It's almost unbelivable that an album which is actually disjointed proves to be a masterpiece, in spite of tracks like See-saw or Jugband blues that don't really live up the reputation of early Pink Floyd. Majestic and darkly beautiful compositions like Let there be more light, Set the controls, A saucerful of secrets and sweet psych-pop songs like Remember a day make this album one of my desert island favourites.
