4 stars This is my favorite Tull album; Also the period. of mid seventies thru 78 was probably the most interesting period in prog music. Why? You had other music styles shifting in (new wave, punk &new fusion bands) and the old "safe" feeling had to be set aside. For Genesis it was the Trick Of The Tail and W & W album, for Little Feat is was the Last Record Album, for Yes "Going For The One". All albums one foot in the old and the other in the new... A sort of double treat progressive. For Jethro Tull it is this one. Great catchy interesting songs and the mix of "old" and new hooks in their music. If you have to get back in time to start listening to bands you never heard, I suggests you start with these cross over albums. I can really recommend this album.
